Designing for how people decide—not just what they choose
I have 4 years of experience designing large-scale, data-informed consumer products across travel and financial domains. At MakeMyTrip, I work on high-traffic, conversion-critical journeys across Hotels and Homestays & Villas, spanning discovery, landing experiences, and in-funnel decision-making. Prior to this, I contributed to finance-led platforms, including projects with the Reserve Bank of India (via PwC), where precision, compliance, and clarity were essential.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Humanising Technology Design from NMIMS School of Design, Mumbai. This foundation shaped my approach to designing technology through a deep understanding of human needs, emotions, and behaviours, ensuring solutions feel intuitive, empathetic, and meaningful in real-world use.​

I enjoy working in cross-functional environments, collaborating closely with product managers, supply teams, business stakeholders, engineers, and designers. Much of my growth has come from navigating differing viewpoints and constraints, synthesising feedback, and anchoring decisions in user behaviour, data, and measurable impact.

I approach design as a problem-solving discipline, balancing user needs with business goals and making deliberate trade-offs to arrive at scalable, thoughtful solutions. I’m particularly motivated by problems where design can reduce ambiguity and help users make confident decisions.

Currently based in India, I’m open to relocation (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Singapore, UK) and comfortable with in-person or remote interview processes and relocation timelines.
